Ordering Guide

With the goal of creating convenience and speed for customers, Uniform Expert is increasingly perfecting each stage of the ordering & order processing steps. To order a uniform, please follow these 8 simple steps:

Send Require

Solution Consulting

After receiving the customer's request, the consultants of Uniform Expert will reconfirm the information with the customer to ensure that there will be no errors later. Based on the customer's request, the consultant will guide how to choose the fabric, choose the size, choose the form of printing/embroidery logo or image (if any) and quote the order price and estimated delivery time to the customer. .

Design Samples On Computer

Fastening is required and grasping the customer's idea, the design staff will make a marquette for the customer to review the sample through the image.

Making The Samples

After the customer approves, the design sample on the computer will be passed to the production department to make actual samples according to the material and form of logo printing/embroidery (image) selected by the customer.

Customers Approve Samples

The sample after sewing will be transferred to the customer by the sales department to approve the real product sample: color, logo, size, .....

Sign Contract & Deposit

The two parties agree on the sample, quantity, size, price and delivery time, then the two parties will sign a contract for the customer to transfer a deposit of 50% of the order value.

Mass Production

After receiving 50% deposit, Uniform Expert will proceed to order materials based on the quantity required by customers to start mass production.

KCS, Packing & Delivery

The production department will check the quality (KCS), and pack the finished product for delivery to the specified point on time as agreed with the customer in the contract.
